We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Coordinator – Groundnuts & Garri

Location: Lekki / Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our groundnut and garri production lines.
• The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, quality control, and timely delivery of processed products while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities for groundnuts and garri
• Monitor raw material intake, processing, packaging, and storage
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Maintain production schedules and optimize workflow for efficiency
• Supervise production staff and assign tasks based on daily targets
• Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for timely supply and dispatch
• Identify and resolve production issues or delays
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Industrial Production, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in agro-processing or food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of groundnut and garri processing techniques
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams and meet production targets
• Familiarity with quality assurance and food safety standards (e.g., NAFDAC, HACCP)
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, Word)
• Must reside in Lekki or Victoria Island (VI), Lagos.
