Job Description
- We are seeking smart, skilled, and proactive technicians to support farm-wide maintenance operations.
- The ideal candidates will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure the smooth functioning of all mechanical and electrical systems, and contribute to overall operational reliability.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience to oversee daily pen operations, including feeding, hygiene, bird health management, and accurate recordkeeping.
- The role requires hands-on supervision of pen attendants, ensuring strict compliance with biosecurity protocols and maintaining optimal production efficiency. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about livestock management.
