Requirements (What We Seek)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology. Agriculture Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, or other related engineering field. A Master’s Degree in a Business Administration or a related Business program is a plus.
• Recent graduate (applicants must have graduated and earned their degree in 2023, 2024 or 2025) with First Class/ Excellent Equivalent or Second Class Upper/Very Good Equivalent
• Curious to learn, ambitious, purpose-driven, and ready to make a sustainable impact.
• Applicants from Ghana, Nigeria and Algeria.

Skills:

• A learning mindset, resilient and good problem-solving skills.
• Very good written, oral communication
• and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural, collaborative environments.
• Passion for innovation, learning, and driving impact in Africa. Self-driven with good organizational and time management skill.
