Merchandizer – FMCG Products at Pally Agro Group
Pally Agro Products Limited is a leading FMCG company specializing in the production of high-quality agricultural products, including Chicken Processing, Canned Banga Products, Soya Oil, Poultry Farming, Plantain Flour, Cassava Fufu Flour and Yam Poundo Flour. Our operations are centered in Ashipa, Ogun State with our head office in Lagos, where we maintain strict quality standards and efficient production processes.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Merchandizer – FMCG Products
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper display, arrangement, and replenishment of products at assigned outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales teams to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Implement merchandising standards and promotional displays as instructed by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Track product movement and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) product rotation to maintain product freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of display areas.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND; a higher qualification is an added advantage.
- 2 – 5 years experience.
- Previous experience as a merchandizer in an FMCG company is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets.
- Physically fit and willing to travel within assigned routes.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month.
