Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of our thriving agricultural enterprise. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a dynamic team and drive sustainable growth in a well-established farm.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of crop and/or livestock production
- Supervise farm staff and seasonal workers
- Develop and implement efficient farming practices
- Monitor budgets, purchasing, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Maintain farm equipment and infrastructure
- Report on farm performance and productivity.
Requirements
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in farm management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of modern agricultural techniques
- Proficiency in farm management software and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
