East African Breweries Limited (EABL), part of the global Diageo family, has opened applications for its 2026 Internship Program.

The program runs throughout the year—from January to December 2026—and aims to nurture the next generation of talent across multiple business and manufacturing functions.
About the Internship Program
EABL remains committed to investing in young talent as part of its ambition to be the best performing, most trusted, and most respected consumer products company in Africa. The internship program runs quarterly, with intakes every three months, but the application window opens only once a year.
Eligible students who intend to undertake their internship at any time in 2026 are encouraged to apply and indicate their preferred three-month period.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Academic Requirements
- Must be in 3rd year or final year of their undergraduate studies.
- Must be enrolled in a public or accredited private institution.
- Must return to school after the internship or be awaiting graduation.
- Students who completed school more than 12 months ago are not eligible.
- Must be on official academic break during the internship period.
Personal and Professional Skills
- Desire to gain professional experience and a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work accurately under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail, commitment, patience, and curiosity.
- Willingness to complete the full 3-month placement.
Mandatory Documentation
- Letter from the academic institution confirming student status or internship requirement.
- Valid Personal Accident Insurance covering the full internship period.
- National ID, bank account details, KRA PIN, NSSF, and SHA numbers.

Application Guidance
- Clearly state your current field of study in the application form.

- Internship placements are fixed at three months with no extensions.
