Centre of Excellence in Next Generation Networks (CENGN) Smart Agriculture Grant Program in Canada 2025 (With up to CAD 100,000 in Grant)
The Centre of Excellence in Next Generation Networks (CENGN) is now accepting applications for its Smart Agriculture Grant Program in Canada 2025.
The CENGN Living Labs initiative is set to drive nationwide digital transformation for key Canadian economic sectors. CENGN will provide the services, expertise, and infrastructure required to test and validate network technology solutions through these living labs. This initiative will advance the Canadian industry’s competitiveness while supporting the development of new intellectual property and the growth of our most innovative tech startups and scaleups.
Benefits of CENGN Smart Agriculture Grant Program
- Up to five grants of CAD 100,000 each.
- Projects must last no more than 12 months.
- Operates on a cost-reimbursement model covering up to 50% of eligible expenses.
CENGN Smart Agriculture Grant Program Requirements
- Applicants must be registered Canadian organizations with 499 or fewer full-time employees.
- Technology must be deployable within a CENGN Living Lab.
- At least 90% of work must occur in Canada.
- Must submit a budget, credit review, and two-year cash flow forecast.
