Vacancy: Fellowship Opportunities in Agricultural Development at Ikore International Development Limited, Abuja

Are you a professional eager to apply your skills to drive real impact across Africa’s agricultural sector?

Are you a management consultant looking to take a short break and contribute to improving the livelihoods of poor smallholder farmers in Nigeria through market-led models?

Are you passionate about AI and other tech-driven innovations in Agrifood systems, and the broader role of AgTech in transforming agriculture?

We are offering fellowship roles for passionate individuals ready to work on transformational projects in Nigeria and beyond.

Starting in December 2025 / January 2026

Fellows will contribute to initiatives that:

1. Expand access to mechanisation services for smallholder farmers in Nigeria.

2. Strengthen livestock vaccine production and distribution systems across Africa.

3. Scale the reach and availability of farm inputs for smallholder farmers in Nigeria.

These are volunteer-based fellowships, but some key expenses (flights, accommodation, visas, and allowances) may be covered. Fellows will work closely with our core team and partner organisations for six months, gaining hands-on experience in high-impact agricultural development work.

Currently residing in Nigeria will be considered an added advantage.

If you are ready for a challenging and rewarding experience — and to see your expertise directly benefit farming communities — this is your opportunity.

Send your CV to fellows@ikore.org before 20 October, 2025.
